FILLED IN: At a peek-hole in that fence around Niagara One, Rainbow Boulevard and Niagara Street, you’ll discover there’s no trace of the 45-foot pit dug for the failed AquaFalls project.

In fact, on Tuesday 14 dump trucks were hauling dirt there.

One would hope it’s the initial step toward another manicured lawn.
