The One Niagara Building was featured in the Guinness Book of World Records in 1987 for the 'Largest Sound Light Display'.

LARGEST SOUND LIGHT DISPLAY: "Oxylights" is a 125 x 95-ft synthesizer overlooking Niagara Falls from the NY side, built by Occidental Chemical Corp, with sound by Moog Electronics. It forms an exterior glass-paneled wall for Occidental's award-winning 9-story glass building. The display was unveiled on Nov 25, 1985, and ran for 44 evenings as the centerpiece of the annual Festival of Lights.
