Enquire at our Front Desk
The Information Desk is a valuable resource for those who are visiting Niagara Falls for the first time, or have been to Niagara Falls previously, regarding the current attractions, rates, hotels places to eat, car rentals and other services you may need while on your trip.
We are fully staffed at two desks to help reduce your wait time.
TOURS, INFORMATION AND PACKAGES
Besides the magnificent Niagara Falls, there are many other things to see at the city of Niagara Falls which include the Whirlpool state park, the Devil’s Hole State Park, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, the Fatima Shrine and a lot more. For more information please visit our ‘Tourist Information’ section. You can also request a free map of the area with all the attractions at the front desk. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the different attractions, rates, directions and anything else you need. We can also help you book a tour to see all the attractions. It’s easier to take a tour as it saves on:
- Having to park at every attraction and paying to park
- Walking to and fro between the attraction and the lot which may be located a few blocks from the attraction
- Standing in long lines to buy the tickets
- A lot of time finding your way in and around the different attractions
If you do not have a hotel booking, let our staff know your budget and other facilities you are looking for and we’ll help you find a room as per your requirements. If you need help renting a car, or calling a cab, places to eat or any local information, please enquire at our front desk.
There are many places in Niagara Falls that accept only cash. For your convenience, there is an ATM located right next to the information desk.
At our front desk, you can fulfill all your mail necessities. If you want to mail out a postcard or a letter to your loved ones and friends, you can buy a postcard at our souvenir store. Also available on sale are envelopes, and postage stamps, and you can conveniently drop off your mail at our front desk.
To send a fax, ask our staff member at the front desk to help you. The rates are:
- Local: $1.00 1st page, $0.50 each additional page
- Long Distance: $2.00 1st page, $0.50 each additional page
- International: $5.00 1st page, $1.00 each additional page
To receive a fax, contact the information desk to get the fax number and notify them that you are expecting a fax:
- Receiving: $1.00 1st page, $0.25 each additional page
Photocopy services are also available at $0.20 per sheet
EMERGENCY AUTO SERVICES
Got locked out? Enquire at the front desk for prompt professional service for a variety of roadside emergencies. You don’t have to wait long. In minutes, you’ll have help to open your door, provide a jump start, replace tires and more.
STROLLER AND WHEEL CHAIR RENTAL
For your convenience, strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at our front desk. The rental fee varies in high and low season so please enquire for current rates. You will be required to leave your drivers license at the front desk as a deposit at the time of rental. It will be returned to you upon return of the stroller / wheelchair.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost something? Any unattended belongings found by our staff are returned to our ‘Lost and Found’ at our Front Desk.
