Rules for Health

  1. Chew every mouthful of food more than 28-32 times. Food should come in solid and go down liquid and not in chunks.
  2. Raw food should make up significant portion of diet
  3. Vegetarian diet brings health if its proper.
  4. Deep breathing
  5. Suck in stomach (Uddiyhana)
