Operators at the former Occidental office building, now known as One Niagara, announced last week that they're looking for artists, singers, bands or other "unique talent" to perform inside and outside the building during tourist season.

Michael Gawel with J & M Enterprise, which he said has an agreement with Niagara One owner Frank Parlato to operate the building’s first floor, said he also seeks seasonal food or attraction vendors. Gawel said community groups looking for free space for events or raffles an also be accommodated.
