A site plan for a 36-acre subdivision that would involve only nine
housing lots and preserve much of the area in its natural state has been approved by the Town of Hamburg Planning Board.
Frank Parlato plans the Tri-Park Estate subdivision between North Creek and Lakeview roads.
The Planning Board approved the site plan with several restrictions, including drainage requirements, a 50-foot-wide buffer zone along a stream and deed restrictions as proposed by Parlato to preserve the green space.
Turnaround driveways will be required so that cars don't have to back out into the street.
The board on Wednesday also approved Andrew Romanowski's plan for a modular home sales office for Alliance Homes at Camp and Howard roads.
